ВЕРХОВНЫЙ СУД ШТАТА САН АНДРЕАС Постановление Верховного суда № ВС|ПЛ-1071-28/05/23-MH от 28.05.2023 ​ Рассмотрев заявление об аннулировании судимостей от гражданина штата Сан-Андреас, суд считает возможным удовлетворить его и аннулировать судимости в связи с деятельным раскаянием, а также в связи с фактическим отбытием наказания. Государственная пошлина была получена от заявителя лично. Руководствуясь главой 23 раздела VI Судебного Кодекса штата Сан-Андреас суд, ПОСТАНОВИЛ: ​ 1. Аннулировать судимости заявителя, а также удалить их из личного дела. Настоящее постановление вступает в силу с момента его официального опубликования.
